generation interconnection process by the end of 2013.
These changes mostly relate to generation queue management and are meant to
close loose ends in the current tariff. In addition, they bring consistency to both small
and large generator interconnection processes.

- Provide for ability to charge Interconnection Customers for costs for processing
a material modification request; $10,000 per request; - Commercial Operation Date modification provision for SGIP projects; allow
SGIP certain changes; examples are - changes to COD, technology (inverters,
manufacturer, conductor size, etc.), point of interconnection or change of
ownership, option to build standalone network upgrades, etc. - Length of time in queue for SGIP projects – 7 year for cluster; 10 year for
serial; - Clarify that PTO and not ISO tenders GIA
- Timeline for tendering draft interconnection agreements; trigger date =
Results meeting vs final report date - LGIA negotiations timeline; parties use “best efforts to” negotiate
interconnection agreement; proposal withdrawn. - Consistency of suspension definition between serial and cluster
